Our rate is $100 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum.

You are billed for the time our technician is at your location, and not for travel time. 

Also you will be billed in 15 minute increments, so 1 1/2 hours of work is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours. 

Emergency service available at extra cost.  Pricing for emergency callouts* is as follows:
One hour onsite response - Add $200.00 (two hours labor)
Two hour onsite response - Add $100.00 (one hour labor)
*Normal rates apply.  Emergency callout fees will be added as an additional line item on the invoice.
