Update:  Malware-Bytes has proven to be the best Spyware Removal program I have found to date. Download and install it, then update and scan. Follow the prompts to clean scamware from your system.

Procedures:  Download AdAware and Spybot to a temporary directory on your desktop and install them.  Run each one to scan your system (they will probably want to connect to the internet to check for updates.  If so, let them do so.)  You may use the programs' help files for detailed instructions.
